Yukon Trip 2007 Start

We seem to traditionally have a wet start to our vacations. The last time we went to the Rocky Mountains for holidays, it rained almost the whole time. We are seriously thinking of taking the hint from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and threaten sunny holiday destinations with our presence if they don't pay us to stay away!

We returned to the Yukon this year (2007) for our vacation. This picture of rain falling on the Dawson Mountain Range was made just 1km north of the Carcross desert.
