The interior of this blossom is revealed because the petal that would be nearest the camera has fallen off. There is excellent detail of the interior structure in the original image. This plays nicely against the soft curves of the remaining petals which are outside of the narrow depth of field. A feature we particularly like, is that you can see the rest of the tree faintly reflected in the water drop on the right petal.
