We had a photo of False Solomon's Seal, so we thought you might like to see the "real thing". In fact, of course, there is nothing false about the plant, it is only the poor imagination of the person who coined the name. The myth of the "real" Solomon's Seal is that King Solomon was supposed to have discovered the healing qualities of this plant. The distilled sap is apparently still used in the cosmetics industry.
