Poppy

Previous photograph Back to the gallery page Next photograph

This poppy, photographed in Vancouver's Van Dusen Botanical Gardens, was growing in an area set aside for native plants. Although we haven't identified it positively, we believe it is likely to be a variety of corn poppy that 'escaped' from an ornamental bed.
