Black-Eyed Susan

Previous photograph Back to the gallery page Next photograph

The summer is hanging on in Vancouver, after a scant couple of days with drizzle the sun is out again and everyone is enjoying the last days of summer in late September. We made a visit to the Van Dusen Gardens to see what is still in bloom and were not at all disappointed. In three weeks or so we'll be seeing the fall colours around the city, but until that happens we still have good colour in several flowers like the Black-Eyed Susan in the photograph.
