The weather in Vancouver this fall has been exceptionally warm, dry and not windy. Consequently we have had beautiful fall colours. We go through quite a lot of film in a year, but some extra is used at this time of year. This example shows that focusing in on detail can lead to pleasing images (well we like it!).
A 55mm micro-Nikkor was used at about f8. The shutter speed was not recorded, but it was slow. The camera was placed on a tripod and a cable release was used to prevent motion blur.
