This conservatory has recently passed its fortieth anniversary. It is an excellent display of many tropical plants and birds under a single greenhouse dome. It is a treasure for the people of Vancouver and its visitors. Unfortunately the parks board doesn't seem to realize this and has voted to close it come March, perhaps to honour the year of biodiversity.
